Expert Tips
- Let it marinate. The longer you indulge the yellow to marinate the increasingly time it has to penetrate and tenderize the chicken, resulting in a moister chicken.
- Don’t be wrung to get that grill hot! We want a slight char without urgent and a quick cooking time.

- Use the marinade on just well-nigh anything! Mix it up by using thighs or plane wings next time.
FAQs
Ideally, any cut of meat should be marinated anywhere from 12-24 hours for maximum savor infusion. But, I know that’s not unchangingly possible. I find that a 3-hour soak is just the right value of time to ensure the platonic texture and flavor. Yellow breasts are naturally a drier cut of meat so, if you’re short on time, cut the breasts into thinner slices. No matter what, requite it at least an hour of marinating.
For regular-sized yellow breasts, grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or, until a thermometer reads 165 degrees.
