  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sweetened flaked coconut for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and lightly flour three 9-inch round confection pans. Set them aside.
